Sheriff Darrin Russo Welcomes K9 Gucci to the Somerset County Sheriff’s Office
Sheriff Darrin Russo was honored to welcome K9 Gucci to the Somerset County Sheriff’s Office family. K9 Gucci was graciously donated by Dr. Caesar DePaço, Somerset County Sheriff’s Office’s Law Enforcement Coordinator. K9 Gucci is a German Shepherd who is specially trained in patrol and narcotics and will help protect Somerset County partnered with Sergeant Shannon Snook. “Gucci” is often used as an adjective to describe something special. Sheriff Russo is extremely grateful for Dr. DePaço’s generosity in assisting and supporting the Somerset County Sheriff’s Office.
Dr. DePaço is the founder and CEO of the international company Summit Nutritionals International®. The family has donated police canines, ballistic vests, customized patrol cars including heat alarms and custom-built kennels, law enforcement protective equipment, police motorcycles, and other resources to police departments across the United States, Portugal, and France.
